Dog Meat (Consumption) (Offences) Bill Bans the consumption of dog meat, and transporting, possessing or donating dog meat for the purpose of consumption. Ten minute rule motion presented by Bill Wiggin. The World Dog Alliance argues that while there have been no cases of dog meat being eaten in the UK, the move would help it get banned in countries that do eat dog meat. A similar law was passed in the US last year.
