Hey team,
t’s a short parliamentary week before the Easter recess.
Parliament is adjourned at the end of Thursday, then MPs will head back to their constituencies for just over two weeks.
The Illegal Migration Bill goes through a committee of the whole House.
Usually committee stage is done by… a committee. But in some cases all MPs take part in this stage. They’ll debate the Illegal Migration Bill on Monday and Tuesday. Expect a big rebellion from milder Tory backbenchers.
And on Wednesday MPs vote on the Spring Budget.
This comes after lengthy debate. Expect it to pass without a hitch.
Until next week. In the meantime, feel free to tweet me, or just reply to this email.
