Another quiet-ish week as the focus in Parliament turns to yet another Brexit vote. Theresa May will update MPs on negotiations on Tuesday. An amendable motion follows on Wednesday afternoon, with voting at around 7pm.
Also on Tuesday is the fifth and final Estimates Day of the parliamentary year, where MPs debate spending forecasts for different departments. This time it’s Education and Work and Pensions.

National Health Service (Prohibition of Fax Machines and Pagers) Bill Bans the use of fax machines and pagers by NHS bodies. Ten minute rule motion presented by Alan Mak. You can read his argument in The Spectator.

Wednesday 27th February
Planning (Affordable Housing and Land Compensation) Bill Defines affordable housing in relation to household incomes (it’s currently defined as costing 80% of the average local market rent or less). Changes the law relating to land valuation and compensation. Ten minute rule motion presented by Helen Hayes.
Supply and Appropriation (Anticipation and Adjustments) (No. 2) Bill – 2nd and 3rd reading This wraps up the estimates debates from earlier in the week. It should pass without difficulty.
