What personal data do we collect?

We collect personal data from you when you complete one of our online forms, including when you apply to the TSL Mentorship Scheme or if you sign up to our newsletter.

When submitting your application or signing up to our newsletter, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, nationality, telephone number, or university, and other similar information relating to your educational history and job applications.

You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

If you apply for the TSL Mentorship Scheme, we may retain any information or documents that you give us as part of a document review, practice interview, or assessment day workshop.

On what basis do we process your personal data?

We process the personal data do we collect from you when this is necessary for our legitimate interests, including:

  • To process your application for our services and provide them effectively.
  • The email address you provide may be used to send you information, promotions, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.

We also process your personal data when necessary for the performance of a contract with you or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with you.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information
